Guarantee Information
As I have no control of your aquarium, your husbandry practices or habits, I only guarantee live arrival.
If by chance you do experience an issue with your purchase, these are the steps that are required.
- Photo of fish in unopened bag, preferably in box must be emailed to PJS with in one hour of delivery.
- Credit for livestock only will be applied to your next order or replacement will be sent.
- Freight and packaging fees are not refundable,
- Freight and packaging fees for replacement are the customer responsibility and freight charges and packaging fees will apply.
Great effort and an immeasurable amount of time is poured into the care of the livestock I offer. All are inspected daily and I only list/offer what is conditioned and ready for sale, all have been through PJS extensive acclimation, conditioning and chemotherapy program to ensure peak condition.
NOTE: All I can do is try to educate you as to the importance of this process. I do it on all fish that arrive at my facility for a reason and if you do, you will be successful.
