Description
Catfish Corydoras Skunk
is peaceful bottom dwelling catfish, Native to the amazon river basin in South America (Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador). Easily recognized by the “black skunk stripe” running along it’s back. They are highly social, active community fish that spend their time scavenging the aquarium floor. Always use a smooth sandy substrate. Coarse gravel can damage their delicate sensory whiskers (barbels). They are tight schoolers and should never be kept alone. A group of 6 or more ensures they feel secure and exhibit their natural, playful behaviors.
