Description
Crab Hermit Halloween
is a brightly colored saltwater species popular in marine aquariums. They are famous for their festive, vibrant orange-and-red striped legs with black edges, mimicking traditional Halloween colors. Aquarium enthusiasts value them as excellent “cleanup crew” members because they actively eat hair algae and organic debris. Because of their wide, flat bodies, they prefer to live in empty cone snail shells. You can provide them with specialized homes like Empty Cone Shells. They are stockier and larger than typical dwarf cleanup crew hermits, meaning they need room to move around and access to larger empty shells as they grow.
