Description
Dottyback Purple/Strawberry
The Purple/Strawberry Dottyback (Pseudochromis porphyreus) is a saltwater species known for its vibrant purple coloration and bold personality. Native to coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific, this semi-aggressive fish adds color and activity to reef aquariums.
This species thrives in tanks with plenty of hiding spots and stable water conditions. Feed it a varied diet of frozen and live foods to maintain its health and coloration. It is best kept with tank mates of similar size and temperament.
