Description
Wrasse Six Line Pseudocheilinus hexataenia Saltwater Reef Fish
The Six Line Wrasse (Pseudocheilinus hexataenia) is a small but vibrant saltwater fish native to coral reefs in the Indo-Pacific. Its striking green tail and bright blue and orange stripes make it a favorite for reef aquariums. This active species also helps control pest populations, such as worms.
Provide a tank with live rock for grazing and hiding spots. Feed it a diet of frozen foods, brine shrimp, and marine pellets. While semi-aggressive, the Six Line Wrasse coexists well with similarly tempered species in spacious tank.
