Freshwater Community:

Tetra Neon, Tetra Serpae, Tetra Von Rio Flame, Tetra Von Rio Orange

NOTES:

Size has a lot to do with things. There are many different sizes of tetras, not a good idea to put smaller tetra with larger tetra. Larger tetra are more suited for a semi-aggressive tank or larger community tank with angelfish, severums, smaller cichlids and gourami.
